Pairing with Bluetooth headset or speaker
Open the Settings app on Apple Watch , then tap Bluetooth. Tap the device that appears.

Select Audio Output
Press the side button to open the control center. Lighter , and then select the device you want to use.
Monitor and adjust headphone volume
Press the side button to open the control center. When listening with headphones, tap 。 A meter will display the current headphone volume. Tap the volume control under "Headphone volume" or tap the slider, and then rotate the digital crown to adjust.
Decrease high volume
Open the Settings app on Apple Watch 。 Go to "Sound and Touch">"Headset Safety", then tap "Turn down the volume". Turn on Decrease High Volume and set a level.
View headset high volume notification
Open the Settings app on Apple Watch 。 Go to "Sound and Touch">"Headset Safety", then tap "Last 6 Months" under "Headset Notification".
