On May 14, Mr. Hong Shouhong, the head of the international famous formula racing team H-STAR RACING and the "FOC" Formula Open Championship, officially established a strategic cooperation relationship with the famous racing team OASIS RACING&TEAM COB in Kyushu, Japan, to jointly promote international exchanges and talent cultivation. In addition, H-STAR RACING will also enter the GT competition in the 2024 season, writing a new chapter.
FOC welcomes the joining of Japanese team for the first time
OASIS RACING&TEAM COB, founded in 2000, has been steadily playing in the racing industry and has accumulated rich experience in event organization and driver management. As the largest team in Kyushu, Japan, OASIS RACING&TEAM COB not only has more than 100 registered members, but also provides professional event services for more than 1000 secondary drivers every year. After years of development, the team has gradually expanded from a single racing team to a comprehensive racing service provider, covering multiple event levels from professional kart, VITA RACE, Super-FJ to FIA-F4.
This year, OASIS RACING&TEAM COB officially became the first Japanese team to enter the FOC Open Championship. The team will send a golden team composed of professional racing drivers to support the drivers to participate in the race, including Mr. MATSUNAGA, the champion of the All Japan Kart Grand Prix, as the team's general manager, senior engineer and driver technician, and KOGA, who has more than 20 years of experience in formula driving and international competitions, as the team's general manager, the head of the Formula Division and the team's driver coach.
With the participation of OASIS RACING&TEAM COB, drivers have the opportunity to compete with world-class drivers on the same stage. Focus on driver training and open up more fronts
The H-STAR RACING team was founded in 2022 by Hong Shouhong, a famous formula driver in Hong Kong, China. In addition to the FOC Open Championship, the team also has rich experience in the Formula Renault Super Challenge Cup and the Grand Prix Grand Prix in Macau.
In 2024, H-STAR RACING won the full support of the famous brand "People Auto Group" in Hong Kong, China. It will go to more high-level venues, introduce the Mercedes AMG GT4 racing car, and has decided to participate in this year's domestic GT events.
