On May 24, Beijing time, the golf team of East Tennessee State University was very happy. They were qualified for the NCAA championship.

However, when they arrived at Santiago Airport by Delta Airlines, they encountered something bad. Through the window of the plane, they saw the baggage handler remove the golf bag from the conveyor belt and throw it on the ground roughly. They shot a 24 second video, which reached 8.7 million views on Twitter (X).

All golfers know that golf clubs are very delicate and expensive. They are not as solid as they seem. The clubs are easy to break and deform. Once this happens, golf clubs can no longer be used and must be reconfigured.

"The school team qualified for the competition at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and they won the second place in the region," said Richard Sander, director of sports at East Tennessee State University. "This is very important for them.

"Then the club thing happened. They were all worried and anxious. They were ready to participate in the most important game in life, but it was really scary to see such a scene."

After the video was released, Delta Airlines found the school team and said that the baggage handlers were contract employees and did not work for Delta Airlines, but they should take responsibility and be prepared to compensate.
