Modern psychology is a science, and psychological consultation is an important industry. However, from the perspective of natural language processing and machine learning, there is no good open data, During the research and development of the psychological counseling AI assistant, Chatoera invested a lot of manpower and energy to produce the Emotional First Aid Dataset, namely the psychological counseling question and answer corpus, or efaqa corpus zh for short, which is now open to research institutions and psychological counseling service providers.

The question and answer corpus of psychological consultation (hereinafter referred to as "dataset", "corpus") is a corpus made for the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of psychological consultation. As far as we know, this is the first open QA corpus in the field of psychological consultation, including 20000 psychological consultation data, and also the largest open Chinese psychological consultation dialogue corpus. The dataset is rich in content, including not only multi round dialogue content, but also classification and other information. The production process consumes a lot of time and energy. For example, the tagging process is oriented to multi round dialogue, and each tag takes an average of 1 minute.
The dataset was built with the participation of psychology professionals from Stanford University, UCLA and Taiwan Furen University
It is designed and completed by Chatopera and many volunteers.
