Over the past decade, the average annual growth rate of urban rail transit operating mileage has reached nearly 20%, which can be said to be out of the speed of China.
Especially since the beginning of the 21st century, Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun and Harbin in Northeast China have successively started the construction of urban rail transit, showing great integration in high-speed rail, rail, aviation, settlement and talent exchange, especially in the development of TOD.
