According to public data, Chen Fei was born in 1983 at the age of 41. He is the youngest in the senior management team of the Herbalist Sect. CEO Zhang Buzhen is 49 years old this year, and vice president Xiao Haodong is 51 years old this year.
Chen Fei has an excellent education. He graduated from a famous university. He received his bachelor's degree and master's degree in finance from Peking University in July 2006 and July 2008, respectively.
After graduating from his master's degree, Chen Feiyi joined the HSBC Investment Banking Department in July 2007, mainly providing advisory services on financing and mergers and acquisitions for domestic and foreign clients.
From May 2010 to May 2018, Chen Fei worked at UBS AG Hong Kong Branch and also provided consulting services for a series of financing and M&A transactions.
After that, he changed his job to Tuba Rabbit Group, served as the chief financial officer and secretary of the board of directors of the company, and supervised the financial and investment activities of the company until April 2022.

However, his actual salary increased by 800000 yuan to 2.404 million yuan from 1.604 million yuan in 2022, which is still 1.585 million yuan higher than that of Zhang Buzhen, the chairman of the board of directors, which is very good. Pharmacist Gang is an Internet medical company, which was founded in 2015 and just listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange last June. On the first day of listing, Pharmacist Gang's share price closed at HK $21.10, and then soared to HK $64.5 per share in two months. However, it began to decline and has remained below HK $10 in recent years.
After the release of the 2023 annual report, the share price of Pharmacist's Sect opened 4.97% higher and quoted 10.98 Hong Kong dollars, but soon fell. By the end of May 22, Pharmacist Gang had closed at HK $7.87, which was more than 8 times lower than the first day of listing.
Behind the sharp drop in share prices is the loss of net profits of Herbalist Sect. From 2020 to 2022, the accumulated net profit of Pharmacist Gang returned to its mother exceeded 2.5 billion yuan. Last year, the annual adjusted net profit of Herbalist Sect was fully consolidated for the first time, reaching 130 million yuan, but the net profit attributable to the parent company was 3.189 billion yuan, and the loss was also expanded.
