On May 20, the Resources and Environment Law Enforcement Bureau of the Diversification Management Office of the National Park in the Yangtze River Source (Hoh Xil) Park, Sanjiangyuan National Park, issued the Notice on Prohibiting Tourism, Exploration, Crossing and Other Activities in the Core Reserve of the Yangtze River Source Park.
1、 Tourism, exploration, crossing and other activities are prohibited in the source area of the Yangtze River in Sanjiangyuan National Park. All organizations or individuals are not allowed to enter without permission. Units or individuals who violate the regulations will be punished in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations; Units or individuals who have caused serious damage to the natural resources and ecological environment of the core reserve due to illegal organization of tourism, exploration, crossing and other activities shall be handed over to the public security organ for handling according to relevant laws and regulations, until criminal responsibility is investigated; The unit or individual organizing the activity shall bear relevant responsibilities for accidents such as personal injury and death caused by unauthorized entry.
2、 For scientific research needs, those who must enter the core reserve to engage in scientific research, observation and investigation activities must submit an application and activity plan to the Sanjiangyuan National Park Administration in advance. After being approved by relevant authorities of the Administration and filed with the Zhiduo Management Office of the Yangtze River Source (Hoh Xil) Park, relevant activities can be carried out according to the approved plan and route. 3、 The national park strictly follows the zoning control requirements. Under the premise of not damaging the natural ecosystem, relevant activities such as ecological experience and natural education can be carried out in the general control area in the way of franchise according to law. Without the approval of Sanjiangyuan National Park Administration, no organization or individual is allowed to organize and carry out activities such as ecological experience and natural education. Once investigated and punished, they will be punished in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
4、 Without the approval of the Sanjiangyuan National Park Administration, no organization or individual is allowed to release the relevant information of the Sanjiangyuan National Park on the Internet, newspapers, magazines and other media platforms. Units and individuals who fabricate false information without authorization, peddle tourism, exploration and crossing routes and cause adverse effects shall be investigated for legal responsibility in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
5、 The natural resources in the Yangtze River Source (Hoh Xil) Park of Sanjiangyuan National Park are owned by the state, and all units and individuals have the obligation to consciously abide by relevant regulations and protect the safety of resources and environment in the national park. Any unit or individual has the right to report and stop the acts of organizing to enter the core area of the national park without authorization and damaging the local ecological environment and wildlife habitat.
