The investment community - Decode LP learned that recently, Foxit Software announced that the company plans to subscribe for Jiangyou Digital Fund shares jointly established by Shanghai Jiangyou Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. ("Jiangyou Private Equity") and Shenzhen Qianhai Hengmao Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. ("Qianhai Hengmao") as GP. The fund is expected to raise a total of 502 million yuan (the specific amount is subject to the actual raised funds). Among them, Foxit Software plans to make a subscribed capital contribution of 200 million yuan as a limited partner.
