TP-LINK upgraded its router directory and launched two new models, the BE3600 (TL-7DR3650 simple exhibition version) and the BE5100 (TL-7DR5150 simple exhibition version), which can be booked, starting at 279 yuan (about 40 dollars). The BE5100 supports Wi Fi 7, a new, faster and evolving wireless data standard
The BE3600 takes a performance first approach. Its MLO multi link technology has the multi frequency superposition transmission function, and the speed is 5.2 times faster than the traditional single frequency router. Built in accelerators from different providers further enhance gaming performance on consoles and PCs.
TP-LINK's Xtra Range 2.0 technology extends the coverage of the 5GHz band by 4.5 meters, or enables it to penetrate additional walls. This technology also improves the weak signal analysis, thus improving the performance of the network edge.
To achieve flexible connectivity, the BE3600 has customizable port functions, dual WAN ports for Internet redundancy, IPTV support, port aggregation for combined bandwidth, and dedicated game ports. In addition, the "Yizan" button simplifies the creation of a MESH network with multiple routers to achieve seamless Wi Fi coverage throughout the house.
The BE5100 represents support for the next generation Wi Fi technology, Wi Fi 7. The router adopts a unique design that can separate digital and analog chips. The 6nm process in the digital chip improves efficiency, while the five front-end modules (FEM) in the analog chip provide stronger signals. This, combined with 3 × 3 MIMO technology, is expected to significantly improve signal strength and data transmission compared with traditional routers.
