This competition is hosted by Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, and Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology. It is the first time to explore the technological breakthroughs of intelligent decision-making research in algorithm, application and other aspects based on Sichuan and Chongqing, facing the world, and centering on the real application scenarios of artificial intelligence frontier industries.

It is reported that the event mainly focuses on the real application scenarios of AI frontier industries, and sets up five major tracks, including agent game algorithm, AI chip operator development, intelligent traffic signal dispatching, AIPC efficient game, and mobile AI model lightweight deployment, covering popular technologies in AI industry, such as algorithm, operator development, and model local deployment.
Specifically, the event will face the real needs of the industrial scene. The Open will cooperate with the top enterprises in the industry to customize the competition questions, and explore the integration of "decision-making intelligence+" and the real situation of industrial development. Among them, the AI chip operator development track is jointly built by Tencent Kaiwu and Suiyuan Intelligent Technology to investigate students' learning and practical ability in the development of operator framework in the field of deep learning of artificial intelligence; The intelligent traffic signal light dispatching track will be jointly built by Tencent Kaiwu and Chengdu Communications Investment Intelligent Transportation Technology Group to create a simulation scenario based on real traffic intersections and explore the landing application of reinforcement learning in real traffic scenarios; The lightweight deployment track of mobile AI model is jointly customized by Tencent Kaiwu and Vivo Mobile Communications. Based on the simulation business scenario, the optimization scheme of model deployment on mobile phones is explored; The AIPC high-efficient game track was jointly built by Tencent Kaiwu and Intel (China) to investigate the design of reinforcement learning algorithm and engineering optimization under the agent game scenario, and promote the iterative innovation of PC ecology.
