The super high proportion of young user ecology will also make Hongmeng ecology more closely connect with young users.
In addition to Mango TV, iQIYI, Little Red Book, Dragonfly FM, State Grid, high-speed rail butler, Flush, 12306, Qicha Bili Bili Game, Ruixing Coffee, GAC Trumpchi, Landu Auto, Zero Running Auto and other apps have all joined Hongmeng Ecology.
According to the official introduction of HarmonyOS, as of April this year, more than 4000 applications have joined Hongmeng Ecology. From January 18 this year, Huawei announced that the first batch of more than 200 application manufacturers were accelerating the development of Hongmeng native applications, to the end of March, there were more than 4000 applications. In just two months, the growth rate was up to 20 times.
It is understood that a prominent feature of HarmonyOS NEXT is its self-developed base, which means that it abandons the traditional Linux kernel and AOSP (Android Open Source Project) and other codes. In order to build a good application ecosystem, Huawei has actively cooperated with more than 1000 enterprises and institutions to jointly launch the development of Hongmeng native applications. These applications cover navigation, news, tools, tourism, finance, convenient life, food, games and other categories. According to the official plan, 5000+native applications will appear by the end of the year, and 500000+native applications will be realized.
At the 2024 Huawei Cloud Terminal Cloud Innovation Summit held in March, Zhu Yonggang, president of Huawei Terminal Cloud, revealed that the consumer version of HarmonyOS NEXT will be officially commercially available in the fourth quarter of this year.
