Up to now, more than 680 Chinese criminal suspects involved in gambling and fraud captured by Cambodian police have been escorted back to China by our public security organs.
In recent years, the public security organs have continued to deepen international law enforcement cooperation, destroyed a large number of cross-border criminal gangs and captured a large number of criminals in response to prominent crimes such as cross-border gambling and telecommunications network fraud, which have been strongly reflected by the people. Since this year, our public security organs have escorted tens of thousands of suspects involved in gambling and fraud back to China from Myanmar, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates and other countries. The Chinese and Cambodian police recently organized a joint action to combat gambling and fraud, captured a number of criminal suspects, and from April 12, Hubei public security organs organized several chartered planes to escort relevant personnel back to China in batches. At present, the Ministry of Public Security has deployed Hubei public security organs to fully carry out case investigation.
