From July 1, 2024, investors can handle the subscription, redemption and other businesses of the above funds through Founder Securities, carry out relevant information inquiries and enjoy corresponding after-sales services. The specific procedures and business rules should follow the provisions of Founder Securities.
At the same time, the Company will open the fixed investment and conversion business of the above related funds in Founder Securities and participate in the fund rate preferential activities carried out by Founder Securities, as follows:
1. Fund fixed investment business
From July 1, 2024, investors can handle the fixed investment business of the above opened fixed investment funds through Founder Securities.
The subscription rate of fund fixed investment business is the same as the normal subscription rate.
2. Fund conversion business
From July 1, 2024, investors can handle the conversion business between the above opened conversion funds and the Company's Founder Securities that can participate in conversion funds through Founder Securities.
For the rules, fees and calculation methods of the fund conversion business, please refer to the latest prospectus of the fund and the relevant announcements of the company on the fund conversion business.
3. Fund rate preferential activities
From July 1, 2024, investors will handle the subscription and fixed investment subscription business of the above related funds through Founder Securities. The preferential rate of subscription fees enjoyed by investors shall be subject to the provisions of Founder Securities.
From July 1, 2024, investors will handle the conversion business between the above opened conversion business funds and the Company's participating conversion funds through Founder Securities, and enjoy the premium rate of subscription fee compensation subject to the provisions of Founder Securities.

Important:
1. The starting amount of subscription and fixed investment subscription of the above funds in Founder Securities shall not be less than 1 yuan (including subscription fees), and the specific provisions of Founder Securities shall prevail.
2. Nuoan Taixin One year Fixed Open ended Bond Securities Investment Fund is a fixed open-ended fund, and has not opened fixed investment and conversion businesses; Noan Stable Income One year Fixed Open ended Bond Securities Investment Fund is a fixed open-end fund and has not opened fixed investment business; The two funds do not accept business applications such as subscription and redemption during the closing period, and the specific time for opening the business such as subscription and redemption is detailed in the relevant announcement disclosed by the fund manager.
3. The same fund units of different funds may not be converted to each other.
