Three cities accept the withdrawal business of non local loans

4. Land provident fund loan policy tightened

6 cities raised the withdrawal limit of housing provident fund

According to incomplete statistics, during the year, six cities including Shenzhen, Dongguan, Shenyang, Jinan, Weifang and Baotou encouraged housing rental consumption and raised the withdrawal limit of housing provident fund.

On July 2, Shenzhen issued a document to increase the withdrawal amount of housing provident fund to 80% in stages. On May 7, the official website of Dongguan Municipal People's Government released the Implementation Opinions of Dongguan on Accelerating the Cultivation and Development of the Housing Rental Market, which mentioned that the upper limit of the proportion of provident fund withdrawn for rental housing should be raised to 70% and the upper limit of the amount should be raised to 1800 yuan/month.

On March 25, the website of Shenyang Housing Provident Fund released the Notice on Adjusting the Policy of Partial Withdrawal of Housing Provident Fund. The notice clearly stated that since April, Shenyang has increased the withdrawal limit for rental housing. Among them, if the house is located in the urban area of Shenyang, the limit will be increased from 1200 yuan/month to 1400 yuan/month; For houses located in 4 counties (districts and cities), the limit is increased from 800 yuan/month to 950 yuan/month.

On March 27, Jinan Housing Provident Fund Center announced that from April 1, the rental commercial housing can be withdrawn once a year, and the interval between two withdrawals is not less than 12 months. The quota withdrawal of individual leased commercial housing of employees was raised again from 9600 yuan to 12000 yuan, and the upper limit of the quota withdrawal of leased commercial housing remained unchanged at 36000 yuan.

In March this year, the withdrawal standard for rental housing in Baotou City increased by 10% on the current basis, that is, the maximum withdrawal limit for urban single employees is 12900 yuan/year, and the maximum withdrawal limit for employee families is 17800 yuan/year; The maximum withdrawal limit for single employees in Qixian District is 10300 yuan/year, and the maximum withdrawal limit for employee families is 14300 yuan/year. The withdrawal time of rental housing is adjusted from once a year to once a quarter, and the annual withdrawal standard does not exceed the upper limit of the current year.

Provident fund for elevator installation in 11 cities

According to statistics, 11 cities, including Shanghai, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Qingdao, Wuxi, Dezhou, Changzhi, Xiangyang, Nanchong, Taizhou, Zhoushan, etc., announced the installation of elevator energy accumulation fund.
