In addition, Luoyang Railway Transport Court found out that Wang Zhifu was the Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, Director and Manager of Zhengzhou Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) from September 2000 to December 2003, responsible for the overall work; From December 2003 to May 2015, served as a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of Henan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company), responsible for cigarette sales, science and technology education, informatization construction, etc; From May 2015 to the crime, the former secretary of the Party Leadership Group, director and general manager of Liaoning Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) were responsible for the overall work. Wang Zhifu was put on file for disciplinary review by the discipline inspection team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection stationed in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology due to his serious violation of the spirit of the central eight point rule. During the review, Wang Zhifu voluntarily confessed the specific facts of accepting bribes from others that the discipline inspection team had not yet mastered, which was voluntary surrender. The total amount of stolen money seized in this case was 2.19264897 million yuan. In addition to the 100000 yuan withdrawn and seized from the Agricultural Bank card of Sumou 1, it also included 121500 yuan seized by the procuratorial organ according to law and transferred with the case, and 197114897 yuan voluntarily returned by Wang Zhifu during the trial (including 169608819 yuan of frozen money on the case).
Finally, Luoyang Railway Transport Court ruled that the defendant Wang Zhifu was guilty of accepting bribes and sentenced to eight years' imprisonment; And a fine of 500000 yuan.
