The Ministry of Culture and Tourism today (November 22) printed and distributed the Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures in On site Grading Tests for Social and Artistic Levels (Revised in November 2022), which requires that local cultural and tourism administrative departments should compact the main responsibilities of grading institutions and undertaking units for epidemic prevention and control, organize and implement carefully, and vigorously and orderly promote the optimization and adjustment of prevention and control measures. Scientific research and judgment on epidemic risk should be strengthened for the level assessment activities filed locally. Field level assessment activities should not be carried out in high-risk areas and high-risk locations. If the level assessment activities need to be temporarily adjusted due to epidemic prevention and control, overall guidance should be provided to ensure that the field level assessment activities are carried out in a safe and orderly manner.

Institutions carrying out on-site grade examination activities shall, in accordance with the requirements of "limited quantity, appointment and peak shift", scientifically and reasonably arrange the number, location and time of examinations, and implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as code scanning, temperature measurement, and negative nucleic acid test results.
