What is OCBC OneToken
OCBC OneToken is a digital token service provided by Overseas Chinese Bank of Singapore, which is used to replace the traditional physical security token. By generating a security verification code on the user's mobile phone, it allows users to easily complete transaction verification and login, improving the convenience and security of operation.
If you want to have an overseas bank account for stock speculation and other operations, you can consider OCBC. You only need to use your domestic passport and ID card to apply online. Migrate OCBC OneToken to a new phone
Before you start
To avoid migration failure, you need to prepare:
- Transfer out the OCBC balance (such as transfer out to WISE) to avoid migration failure and inability to log in to the APP. This step is optional
- Prepare the OCBC user name and login PIN code. This is filled in and set by yourself when applying. If you don't remember, it is recommended to contact customer service first
- Magic Internet Tools , Singapore IP is not necessarily required, and American IP used by bloggers can also be used
- Prepare the PIN code of the OCBC debit card. If you forget it, please find it in the OCBC APP Bank card service>>Reset bank card password
Migrate OCBC OneToken
On the new mobile phone, download the OCBC Digital APP in advance. The download address is as follows:
Then enter Access code (user name) and PIN code Log in.
Then the APP will prompt“ You have set OCBC OneToken on another device ”, this step will disable the OCBC OneToken of the original device, and directly click the Activate with SMS OTP and OCBC card password This button.
Next may appear too bad! There seems to be something wrong , repeated retries are still the same.
Don't worry. After trial and error in xiaoz, it is finally found that the problem is caused by the network. It may be that OCBC has accessed some resources that have been queried. At this time, we need to use the Magic Internet Tools , open the global proxy, and then follow the above steps again.
After opening the magic Internet tool, everything went well. Continue to input the SMS verification code and OCBC debit card password for verification according to the APP prompt.
During activation, it is better to keep the OCBC running in the foreground instead of switching to the background to avoid accidents. The activation process takes about tens of seconds, and the final prompt Your OCBC OneToken has been successfully activated.
So far, the blogger has successfully migrated the OCBC OneToken from the old phone to the new phone. After the migration, the OCBC OneToken on the old phone will automatically become invalid, and the OCBC Digital App will also automatically exit the login status.
