At 17:00 on March 25, Plot F of Zhongguancun Life Science Park Phase III and "Beisi Village" shantytown reconstruction and environmental improvement project CP01-0601-0056, Changping District, Beijing Registration is closed. As of press release, 18 real estate enterprises, including Maoyuan, Beijing Construction Engineering Group, Shoukai, Handan Changying, Jianfa, China Railway Real Estate, China Resources, Urban Construction, and China Shipping, had applied for the land (see the screenshot below).

Changping Life Science Park 0056 and other plots cover an area of 41313.96 ㎡, including 33213.96 ㎡ residential land, 2.6 floor area ratio, and 60 meters of controlled height. They can be used as small and high-rise communities in the future. The starting price of the plot is 2.69 billion yuan, and the sales guidance price is 64000/m2, with a floating rate of 8%.

It is worth mentioning that this parcel of land is the first residential project in Changping District to "bring the scheme into the market", and the design scheme of this project has been publicized on the official website of the Planning Commission.

The plot is located in Shigezhuang Street, Changping District, and needs to be equipped with a 12 class kindergarten and community comprehensive service facilities. There are Beijing Tibet Expressway and Beijing Xinjiang Expressway nearby, which are convenient for self driving. The straight-line distance is about 1.6 km from Peking University International Hospital, and 1.9 km from Changping's landmark business super terminal Heshenghui.

According to the bidding rules, the reasonable upper limit price of land set for the transfer of the parcel of land by listing is 3.0935 billion yuan. When the bidding quotation reaches the reasonable upper limit price of land, the higher quotation will not be accepted and the method of on-site lottery will be used to determine the bidder.
