Shijingshan District will carry out affordable rental housing work for newly graduated and employed college students. The project involved in this rental is Yanbao · Jingxian Garden, with a total of 300 houses available. The registration time for allocation of lease is from 9:00 on June 3 to 17:00 on June 14.
Yanbao Jingxian Garden affordable rental housing project is located in Yard 37, Yuexiu East Street, Wulituo, Shijingshan District, about 3.7 kilometers away from the nearest subway station, Line 11 Modal Exit Station, and about 5 kilometers away from Line 6 and Line 11 transfer station, Jinanqiao Station. The east side of the project is close to Paoshan Urban Forest Park in Shijingshan District.
It is reported that the project building has leisure area, gym, self-study room, shared kitchen, yoga room, reception room, conference room, etc. The houses are also equipped with refrigerators, water heaters, air conditioners, washing machines, beds, sofas, writing desks, wardrobes and other living facilities, which can meet the functional and comfortable needs of young people for houses.
According to the Announcement, all the 300 rental apartments are open rooms, with an area of about 45 square meters. The rent is 70 yuan/square meter per month, and the monthly rent is about 3150 yuan.
The Announcement specifies the applicants. The project rental objects are graduates who have obtained full-time bachelor's degree or above after 2022 (including 2022) and are employed in the administrative area of Shijingshan District without housing. Among them, "employment in Shijingshan District" refers to the tripartite employment agreement, labor contract or work certificate issued by the employment unit, in which the registration place or tax paying place of the employment unit is Shijingshan District.
Before formal allocation, graduates who intend to rent can further understand the project online and offline. Among them, the online display time is from May 27 to July 31.
