Question details: On January 11, 2024, I bought a Defender 110 SUV in Yuelu District, Changsha. During the use, I first found that the right rear door made an abnormal noise when opening the door. On the evening of May 3, I noticed that the right rear door was leaking water, and the rubber strip of the left rear door was not tightly sealed, which also caused an abnormal noise. That night, I immediately called the store salesperson and agreed to go to the store the next day to deal with it. After arriving at the store, the store conducted a rain test to detect water leakage. The content I uploaded intercepted a short video of water leakage when the 4S store disassembled the car for the rain experiment, and the complete video has been retained by me and the 4S store staff. However, as of June 3, the problem of abnormal sound of the right rear door sealing strip switch and serious water leakage of the right rear window small glass has not been solved. To make matters worse, in the process of continuous use, we found the following three quality problems: 1. The right rear door still makes an abnormal noise when it is raining; 2. When reversing, you can hear the sound like water rippling; 3. The abnormal sound on both sides of the vehicle is serious when turning the direction in situ. What is unacceptable is that the 4S store told me that they can repair the quality problem of the same part up to four times in a row. This is simply a great disrespect for consumers, as if to say: "We don't care about the customer's experience when things are sold." This behavior has seriously damaged the rights of consumers, and also reflects the attitude of the store to bully customers.
