If you are an "e-person", you may be involved in the fight and jump line, and learn from the local people to raise your feet and raise your hands.

If you are free in the daytime, you can drive around along the Longchuan River. The water is clear, the bank is green and the scenery is beautiful. The rice and organic vegetables are growing well by "drinking" the water of the Longchuan River. They "know how to be grateful" rely on green planting, "consciously protect" the Longchuan River, and ensure that a river flows into the Jinsha River.

Longchuan River is a primary tributary on the south bank of Jinsha River, with a total length of 254 kilometers and a drainage area of nearly 10000 square kilometers, including nearly 60 kilometers of Nanhua section. About 5 kilometers west of Nanhua County, there is an ancient bridge of the Ming Dynasty across the Longchuan River, named Lingguan Bridge.

Lingguan Bridge has a beautiful shape. Since it was built more than 400 years ago, poets and poets have left many hymns. Chen Fengshun, the first scholar in South China, once chanted a poem: "When you cross a wild ferry on a flat bridge, you will lie on the waves in the sunny sunshine. The willow catkins will be densely covered with smoke, and the flowers will wither with dew and fat. The mountain light will welcome the bridle of the journey, and the dawn will be a little bit of clothing. When you pull up your horse and watch from a distance, the majestic state will be hidden and green."

I can vaguely feel that there were weeping willows on both sides of Lingguan Bridge at that time. The weeping willows set off on the water, graceful and graceful. When pedestrians arrive here, they always stop to enjoy the scenery and forget to return. Therefore, "Pingqiao Yanliu" has become one of the "eight ancient sights" in Zhennan (the old name of Nanhua).

Time has changed. A few years ago, it was difficult to find the scene of "Pingqiao willows". The river was overgrown with weeds, and the water flow was not smooth. Rubbish was everywhere on both banks, and tourists seldom went there.

Not only the Lingguan Bridge section of Longchuan River, "the Longchuan River flows through four towns and villages in Nanhua County, with a population of more than 100000, accounting for half of the county's population. In the early years, there was a direct discharge of village sewage and urban sewage along the coast, which caused pollution to the water body of Longchuan River." Li Jiancheng, a member of the Party Leadership Group of Nanhua County Water Affairs Bureau, said.

It is the hope of 200000 people in South China to build a smooth, clean, green and beautiful Longchuan River. "In recent years, the county party committee and government have continued to promote the renovation of the Longchuan River. Since 2023, Nanhua County has built 22.8km of new sewage collection pipe network and 11.5km of ecological footpath in the Longchuan River flow area. The water quality of the basin has been improved from Class IV water to Class III water a year ahead of schedule. Nanhua County has improved the responsibility system of the river and lake leader system, subdivided the nearly 60km river reach into sections, with the county leaders acting as the river reach leaders in sections, the county departments guaranteeing in sections, and the local towns and villages protecting the river normally.

The organic vegetable planting base of Nanhua "Star of Nature" Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., located in Pingshan Community, Longchuan Town, is near the Longchuan River. In the base covering an area of more than 800 mu, Hangzhou cabbage, milk cabbage, cabbage, fruit and cucumber planted according to the organic standard are growing well, and the physical prevention and control facilities such as insect prevention nets, insect killing lights, sticky insect boards, sex attractants are complete.

Nanhua "Nature Star" Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. will settle down in Nanhua in 2022, and will start planting vegetables in July 2023, which will be mainly sold to the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. "We plant completely in accordance with organic standards, and do not use chemical synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, and growth regulators. The fertilizers are organic fertilizers developed by the head office, and the pesticides are biological pesticides." He Xiaojia, the head of the company's organic vegetable planting base, said that since March, the daily sales of vegetables from the base have reached 300000 yuan.

In order to prevent and control agricultural non-point source pollution of Longchuan River, Nanhua County firmly sticks to the concept of green and ecological priority, and strives to achieve the unity of ecological and economic benefits through the optimization of agricultural industrial structure.

In the middle of May, in the centralized rice seedling breeding base of Chuxiong Prefecture Fuyi Seed Industry Group Co., Ltd., which is close to the Longchuan River, the green seedling plates were placed in the seedling pool, and the automatic spraying equipment in the pool sprayed evenly, moistening every rice seedling.

Longchuan Town is the main rice producing area in Nanhua County. In order to improve the governance effect along the Longchuan River and increase the local grain production, last year, Longchuan Town introduced Chuxiong Fuyi Seed Industry Group Co., Ltd. to build a standardized demonstration base for grain production through scientific and green management and protection. Fei Ning, the person in charge of the base, said that the rice centralized seedling base has a total area of 30 mu, 65000 seedling trays, and 3000 mu of rice fields can be transplanted.
