People's Daily, Ning'er, May 13 Recently, the Central School of Liming Township, Ning'er County, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province extended the aesthetic education classroom to the street and held a new "street painting and calligraphy exhibition". This exhibition not only attracted the attention of many citizens, teachers and students, but also showed the youthful and brave pursuit of dreams of contemporary primary and secondary students.

At the activity site, the exhibition works were arranged in order by type, from landscape and pastoral to national unity, from family style and family education to ideal and belief, to safety education. The students presented the rich theme content to the audience with sincere feelings and unique perspectives through oil paintings, sketches, pictorials and other forms. Although some of the works are slightly immature in techniques, the sincerity of emotion and rich imagination in them are amazing.

"This exhibition gave me a deeper understanding of the children's growth process and thoughts. I think art education is as important as cultural courses, and learning it well can benefit me for life. I am very pleased to see the children painting so well," said Luo Lin, a villager from Wangjie Village who watched the exhibition on the spot.

"I like painting very much, and the creation process makes me feel fun, but also makes me more patient and perseverance." Liu Qi, a student in Class 2, Grade 6 of Liming Township Central School, said that this time he moved his paintings to the street for exhibition, making him more confident.

It is reported that more than 200 pieces of works were exhibited in this exhibition, all of which were created by students independently. During the exhibition, the total number of visitors reached 1200. These works not only show the students' talent and creativity, but also convey their love for life and vision for the future.

He Wei, the principal of Liming Township Central School, said that in the next step, we will continue to enrich the teaching methods of aesthetic education, strengthen practice, and use various platforms to show students' creative achievements. "It is hoped that through these measures, children's ability to know, discover and create beauty will be further cultivated to promote their all-round development."
