Nie Xinjiao, a teacher who helped Tibet in Anhui and the principal of Shannan No. 2 High School (hereinafter referred to as "Shannan No. 2 High School") in Tibet Autonomous Region, came forward to ask.

"I'm talking about my hometown!" a child named Zhuoga answered nervously. "Tell me about it!" With the words of "hometown", Nie Xin naturally merged into the children's world, and Zhuoga slowly opened his "chatterbox". From his hometown to the school, Nie Xin's understanding of the children's situation is getting deeper and deeper, and he also found some problems.

"Don't say it, headmaster. The exam is coming soon, and the pressure is so great that some students are sometimes too nervous to sleep." Zhuoga couldn't help saying.

"Do we have many situations like this?" Nie Xin asked. "It seems that there are a lot of them, especially senior three..." Zhuoga's voice was a little timid.

After the heart to heart talk with the children, Nie Xin returned to the office and called the senior grade group leader to analyze what he learned today. The two decided to find other students to understand the situation. After several days of conversation and analysis, they believed that students' psychological problems must be paid great attention, especially in the third grade of senior high school.

Nie Xin immediately convened relevant teachers to hold a meeting on how to relieve students' psychological pressure, discussed holding a series of psychological lectures in the whole grade, and invited graduates to share their experiences. Nie Xin also asked the head teachers of each class to keep a 12 point spirit, observe the students' state more attentively, and talk to the children in poor psychological state in time to help them relieve pressure.

This is Nie Xin's third time of supporting education - he left for Songpan County in Sichuan in 2008, Pishan County in Xinjiang in 2020, and Shannan in Tibet in 2022. When the organization asked Nie Xin whether he would like to help Tibet, people around thought that he would not agree when he was old. Nie Xin said, "Several times of teaching support has given me a deep feeling for the border ethnic areas. If I have the opportunity, why not go? Besides, as a party member, I am duty bound to organize in need."

In August 2022, Nie Xin started working as soon as he arrived at the school. "At that time, President Nie communicated with almost every teacher to master the situation of the school as soon as possible." Luo Sangduoji, director of the Academic Affairs Office of the Second High School in Shannan, said, "President Nie was over 50 years old. At that time, the altitude reaction was serious. I could clearly see that he was weak and weak."

After a period of in-depth research, Nie Xin found that students in schools generally have weak foundation, so he clearly put foundation as the top priority of teaching. Nie Xin put forward specific requirements for teachers in each grade group, and participated in lesson preparation and teaching research again and again, constantly adjusting and optimizing teaching work.

As a math teacher, Nie Xin participated most in the preparation and research of math teaching. He was careful with the teachers about the setting of topics and teaching arrangements - neither too difficult nor divorced from reality; It is also necessary to improve students' ability according to the grade level, so that students can learn the content deeply and lay a solid foundation.

As the leader of the third group of "group" education and Tibet aid teams in Anhui Province, he also arranged for Anhui Tibetan aid teachers to form a pair of support teams with 19 municipal key teachers and discipline leaders to help local teachers grow rapidly.

"We attach importance to foundation and practice. Anhui teachers and local teachers grind lessons and set questions together. Based on the actual situation of local students, we have organized a series of course materials and exercise books," Nie Xin said.

Nie Xin also set up an information-based campus system through Anhui Tibet aid funds. When entering the classroom, senior three student Dan Zengzhuoma is skillfully operating the tablet computer. On the flat screen, the content of the teacher's demonstration is synchronized. "The tablet is very convenient for some courses that need animation demonstration and picture playing," said Dan Zengzhuoma. Not only that, but also this system can match students with personal level exercise questions. In view of the different learning conditions and uneven performance of students in the class, the school has designed multiple sets of questions that can be synchronized directly to students at the corresponding level.

In the past two years, under the leadership of Nie Xin, the teaching work of Shannan No. 2 High School has moved towards high-quality development, and students' scores have significantly improved. "As a party member and an educator, what I do is my duty. I sow the seeds of hope with all my heart and hope that Gesang flowers will blossom more beautiful," Nie Xin said.
