Sangzhu old man in the district is 81 years old this year. He has no children under his knee and lives alone. He has difficulty moving due to degenerative disease of both knees. In the early investigation of the district, the police learned that the identity card of Sangzhu elderly was lost and they could not go to the police station to reissue it due to mobility difficulties. After learning this situation, the police started door-to-door card handling services.
