Netizens reported that it was a long way from Lhasa to Liuwu Passenger Station, and after taking the bus from the passenger station, they had to take the same road to Linzhi. The whole ride process not only costs time, but also the taxi fare from the passenger station to the urban area, which virtually creates a travel burden for the masses.
After receiving the message, the CPC Lhasa Municipal Committee attached great importance to it and asked the Municipal Transportation Bureau to carefully investigate and verify the relevant issues and make a public reply to the relevant situation. The reply said that it is understood that after the relocation of Xijiao Passenger Station, the buses involved in the operation will be allocated to Beijiao Passenger Station and Liuwu Bus Station for departure, and the buses from Lhasa to Linzhi will depart from Liuwu Bus Station. Due to the large number of participating vehicles carried by Beijiao Passenger Station, in consideration of normal operation and potential safety hazards, it is impossible to increase the number of passenger shuttle vehicles from Lhasa to Linzhi at Beijiao Passenger Station.
