1、 Purpose
In order to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, vigorously carry forward the national spirit with patriotism as the core, inherit the socialist core values incorporated in the red classic film and television works, and guide young people to grow into young people with ideals, morality, culture, and discipline in the new era, the "Recalling the Red Classics, Understanding the Voice of the Times" is held ——Voice dubbing contest to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China.

4、 Instructions for Registration
1. Form of competition:
The number of participants in the team is 2-4;
2. Work requirements:
Red classic film and television works, 3-5 minutes long, and the works (avi Wmv, mp4, rm, rmvb format) and team member information (college+name+contact+team photo) are packaged and sent to 3284409910@qq.com , the subject of the email is college+team name+work name;
3. Reference video clips:

5、 Competition process
There are two rounds of preliminary and final in this dubbing contest.
1. Preliminary
(1) Judges select and determine 6 teams to enter the finals according to their scores;
(2) WeChat online voting, determine 2 teams to enter the finals according to the number of votes;
(3) Scoring instructions: the judges will score from four aspects: language expression, theme content, video clips and overall performance.
2. Final
(1) Offline selection, in the studio of Huacheng Building, Xianlin Campus;
(2) The competition is divided into two rounds: the designated segment dubbing and the group confrontation.
6、 Final award setting
According to the accumulated scores of the players in two rounds, one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and one best male and female dubber will be selected. Winners will receive honorary certificates and mysterious awards, and have a better chance to get on the stage of the welcoming party of the Marxist Academy!
