People's Daily, Xiong'an, April 30 (Reporter Li Zhaomin) With the smooth pouring of the last concrete, the main structure of Xiongxian Surface Water Plant Phase II Project in Xiong'an New Area was successfully capped on April 30.

The total construction area of the project is 7325 square meters, and there are 12 single buildings, including water purification workshop, sludge treatment workshop, ozone preparation room and comprehensive dosing room. In combination with the water quality characteristics of high algae and low turbidity in the South to North Water Transfer Project, the water plant adopts the process of "pre ozone+upward flow pulse clarifier+pH regulating tank+V-shaped filter+ultraviolet disinfection". The overall process has short treatment flow, low energy consumption, and strong shock stability of antigen water to ensure stable water quality.
According to Tian Qining, the installation project leader of CSCEC, since the commencement of construction, the project team has scientifically coordinated the construction to ensure the coordinated promotion of safety and quality of individual buildings. Among them, the water purification workshop including clean water tank, V-shaped filter and pulse clarifier is the "highlight" of the construction of 12 single buildings, with a construction area of more than 3000 square meters. During the construction, the project team strictly controlled each process to ensure that the compactness and deformation joints of mass concrete meet the requirements, and finally the water filling test of the water intake workshop was successful once.
On the construction site, we can see that green energy saving measures are everywhere, such as prefabricated tower cranes that can save basic construction and solar panels that can realize photovoltaic power generation. The concept of green environmental protection is reflected in every link of construction. Tian Qining introduced that the project uses sewage treatment equipment with a daily treatment capacity of 40 tons to remove nitrogen and phosphorus from domestic sewage, and the effluent quality meets the Class A discharge standard. The treated domestic water is used for landscape greening, plant roads and vehicle washing, which can save 15000 cubic meters of tap water.

At present, the project has officially entered the stage of mechanical and electrical installation and secondary structure. The project is scheduled to be completed and put into use at the end of this year, with a daily water purification capacity of 40000 tons. It mainly supplies water to Xiongdong District and takes on the important task of production, living and construction water.
