People's Daily Online, Xiong'an, April 17 (reporter Liu Shihao) According to the Notice on Carrying out Overseas Vocational Qualification Accreditation in Xiong'an New District (hereinafter referred to as the Notice), the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hebei Province released the Catalogue of Overseas Vocational Qualification Accreditation in Xiong'an New District (Version 1.0) (hereinafter referred to as the Catalogue), covering science and technology, engineering 20 overseas vocational qualification certificates in 7 professional fields including information technology.

The Notice clearly states that when qualified personnel with overseas professional qualifications in the Catalogue provide professional services in Xiong'an New Area or Beijing, their overseas employment experience can be regarded as domestic employment experience, and they have the same rights as local professionals of the same kind within the specified scope of professional services; If the basic conditions for applying for the corresponding series (specialty) of professional titles are met, the certificate of professional titles at the same level will not be renewed, but can directly correspond to the corresponding series (specialty) of professional titles; When moving in Beijing and Xiong'an New Area, they do not need to be reconfirmed, and can directly enjoy the corresponding talent treatment according to regulations.

The Notice requires that enterprises and institutions in Xiong'an New Area should be encouraged to support and guarantee innovation and entrepreneurship, talent training, children's enrollment, social security, evaluation and incentive, etc.

In terms of the application and recognition process, the employer is responsible for reviewing the application materials submitted and making public within the unit. After no objection is raised, the employer will log in to the application and evaluation information system for professional and technical titles in Hebei Province according to relevant requirements, and the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Department will provide verification services free of charge. The Party Masses Work Department of Xiong'an New Area will identify according to the verification results.

In the next step, the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hebei Province will, according to the actual situation, make timely dynamic adjustments to the overseas professional qualification recognition directory, strengthen the coordination and linkage of the human resources and talents work of the Beijing Hebei Human Resources and Social Security Department, help Xiong'an New Area attract more high-level professionals from home and abroad, and provide policy support for Xiong'an New Area to introduce more talents with international vision and capabilities.
