People's Daily Online, Xiong'an, March 31 Recently, Xiong'an New Area released and implemented the "Technical Standards for Zero Carbon Buildings in Xiong'an New Area" (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Standards"). As the first local standard for zero carbon buildings issued and implemented in China, the Technical Standards will provide strong support for standardizing the high-quality development of zero carbon buildings in Xiong'an New Area, promoting energy conservation and carbon reduction in the construction field, accelerating the construction of the core demonstration area of near zero energy consumption buildings in Xiong'an New Area, and helping Xiong'an New Area to build a model of green development city.
In order to fully implement the spirit of the national and Hebei Province's efforts to promote zero carbon building related documents, the Construction and Traffic Administration of Hebei Xiong'an New Area Management Committee organized well-known teams in the domestic zero carbon field and other units to prepare the Technical Standards. The Technical Standard includes eight parts: general principles, terminology, technical indicators, building carbon reduction design, regional carbon reduction design, low-carbon construction, grade determination, renewable energy credit and carbon credit. The Technical Standard fully combines the development needs and management characteristics of Xiong'an New Area to build a model of green development city, and defines the effective supervision and management measures for the key processes of the whole process, such as the technical indicators of zero carbon buildings in Xiong'an New Area, carbon reduction design, construction, acceptance and delivery, and operation and maintenance, from the whole process and multiple perspectives, which has reached the leading level in China.
The release of the Technical Standards will help Xiong'an New Area effectively carry out the whole process management of zero carbon building projects, ensure the high quality and high quality of zero carbon buildings, accelerate the construction of the core demonstration area of near zero energy consumption buildings in Xiong'an New Area, and promote the green and sustainable development of urban and rural construction in Xiong'an New Area in high quality.
At present, Xiong'an New Area has guided more than 10 projects to be built as zero carbon buildings and zero carbon parks.
In the next step, the Xiong'an New Area Construction and Traffic Management Bureau will carry out the publicity, implementation and implementation of the Technical Standards, constantly improve the supporting standards and systems for zero carbon buildings, continuously improve the quality of management services, and contribute to writing a new chapter in the construction of Xiong'an New Area with high standards and quality.
