Xiong'an New Area has become the third pilot city in China after Beijing and Shanghai.
The core content of the pilot policy for corporate venture capital enterprises in Xiong'an New Area can be summarized as "halving in three years and full exemption in five years". If the income from the transfer of equity held for more than 3 years accounts for more than 50% of the total annual income from equity transfer, the enterprise income tax of the year shall be levied at half of the shareholding ratio of individual shareholders at the end of the year. If the income from the transfer of equity held for more than 5 years accounts for more than 50% of the total annual income from equity transfer, the enterprise income tax of the year shall be exempted according to the shareholding ratio of individual shareholders at the end of the year.
