It is reported that the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Local Financial Supervision Bureau jointly issued the Notice on Comprehensively Carrying out the "Sugang Loan" Financing Business and Stronger Support for Enterprise Stabilization and Post Expansion to better serve the development of the real economy and private enterprises. The "Sugang Loan" financing business is used to support private enterprises with good job stabilization effect and individual businesses insured in the form of units. It focuses on the real economy, small and micro enterprises, and increases support for enterprises and individual businesses that absorb college graduates, registered unemployed, urban and rural people with employment difficulties and other groups. The amount of a single loan of "Sugang Loan" financing business generally does not exceed 10 million yuan, which can be increased to 30 million yuan for enterprises that meet certain conditions and scale.
