Nylon chemical industry planning |
Nylon (English: Nylon), also translated as nylon, is a kind of artificial polymer, fiber and plastic. It was invented on February 28, 1935 by Wallace&bull of Wilmington DuPont in the United States; Carothers, nylon was officially launched in 1938. The earliest nylon product was the brush of nylon toothbrush, which was sold on February 24, 1938; Nylon stockings for women were launched on May 15, 1940. Nylon fiber is the raw material of various man-made fibers, and hard nylon is also used in the construction industry. Nylon chemical background The origin of the term nylon is controversial. It is said that it is a combination of the abbreviations of NY (New York, USA) and London (London, England), because these two places were the first places to produce nylon, but this statement is groundless. In 1940, someone in DuPont said that Nyl was found at random, and on was because many fibers (such as cotton, English Cotton) ended in on. In 1978, DuPont published an article in which he said that they intended to call it No Run, but later changed it to Nylon to make it sound better. Another common legend is that nylon is the abbreviation of Now You, Lazy Old Nippon. The background is that a large number of cheap Japanese textiles hit the western society in the 1930s. Therefore, nylon is regarded as a competitive product against Japanese textiles. Although the word nylon is very popular, it has never been used as a trademark or protected by a trademark. During the Second World War, the Allies used nylon parachutes (previously generally made of Asian silk), and other military materials such as tires, tents, ropes were also made of nylon. It is even used to make paper for printing American currency. At the beginning of the war, cotton accounted for 80% of the fiber raw materials, and the other 20% were mainly wood fibers. In August 1945, the proportion of cotton decreased to 75%, while the proportion of man-made fiber increased to 25%. From a chemical point of view, nylon is a condensation polymer, and its constituent units are linked by amide, so it is also a kind of polyamide. Nylon is the first completely man-made fiber in the world, and its raw materials are carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Two basic chemicals are generally synthesized from these raw materials, hexamethylene diamine and adipic acid in most cases. They are mixed together to form nylon. The most common type of nylon is nylon 66, which means that both hexamethylene diamine and adipic acid contain six carbon atoms. In the polymer chain, hexamethylene diamine and adipic acid alternate with each other, so unlike other polymers (such as protein), the direction of amide in nylon also alternates constantly. Another common nylon is nylon 6, also known as polycaprolactam. To be precise, it is not a condensation polymer, because its polymer contains all the atoms of the monomer caprolactam. Status of Nylon Chemical Industry The development of nylon 66 in China began in the late 1970s. First, Liaoyang Petroleum Chemical Fiber Company introduced technologies such as adiponitrile, hexamethylene diamine, 66 salt and polymerization from Rhodia, France, and started the industrialization of nylon 66 in China. Later, Shenma introduced the production technology of nylon 66 industrial yarn from Asahi Kasei in Japan to carry out post processing production of nylon 66 products. In the 1990s, Shenma introduced production technologies from Italy and Japan respectively, and built a series of supporting projects such as hexamethylene diamine, adipic acid, 66 salt and polymerization, making the production of nylon 66 in China more standardized and technologically advanced. In recent years, with the rapid increase of the demand for nylon 66 in the domestic market, Shenma has invested a lot of money to rapidly expand its series of products on a large scale. At present, it has a production capacity of 200000 tons of nylon 66 salt, 125000 tons of nylon 66 resin and 100000 tons of industrial silk and cord fabric, ranking first in Asia and fifth in the world in terms of scale. In addition, during the development of the domestic nylon 66 industry, Liaohua Company withdrew from the market due to the fierce competition in the past few years, and now three private enterprises have successively put into production nylon 66 polymerization units, namely Jiangsu Huayang, Jiangsu Pengfa and Quanzhou Shiteng. The rapid development of the domestic nylon 66 industry ended the history of the automobile industry relying on imported raw materials, and promoted the rapid progress of the automobile industry. At the same time, with the continuous application of nylon 66 in the fields of national defense science and technology and aerospace, it has also filled the gap in the independent development of the industry and made great contributions to the revitalization of national science and technology. |
Investment attraction planning and operation of nylon chemical industry
The purpose of investment attraction planning for nylon chemical industry is to introduce high-end product production technology, expand the technical chain, create a leading industry, realize the suture fault of the industry, fill the gap, adjust the structure, and form a complete industrial chain, so as to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness and ensure an effective way for sustained and rapid economic development.
When planning the industry and the park, the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Engineering has focused on investment attraction: based on the reasonable positioning of the development orientation of the nylon chemical industry, relying mainly on the comparative advantages of the development of the nylon chemical industry, taking advantage of the local comparative advantages and reasonable industrial positioning, focusing on the leading products of the industry and its upstream and downstream products, introducing high-end product production technology, extending the technology chain, Build leading industries, introduce end product manufacturing enterprises, form complete industrial chain merchants, form industrial clusters, further improve the competitiveness of investment attraction, and change "investment attraction" into "business selection".
