The leisure tourism industry planning refers to the tourism, entertainment, sightseeing and rest for a certain period of time in order to leave the settlement and stay in another place, relying on tourism resources, taking leisure as the main purpose, taking tourism facilities as the condition, and taking specific cultural landscape and service items as the content.

It can be divided into narrow sense and broad sense. In the narrow sense, it only refers to the agriculture used to meet the needs of tourists; Ecotourism in broad sense covers a wide range, mainly Include“ Agricultural tourism&rdquo& ldquo; Leisure tourism&rdquo& ldquo; Rural tourism&rdquo& ldquo; Rural ecotourism” Specifically, it refers to the integration of agricultural construction, scientific management, agronomic display, agricultural product processing and extensive participation of tourists through planning, design and construction with tourism connotation as the theme on the basis of making full use of existing rural space, agricultural natural resources and rural human resources, It is a new tourism industry for tourists to fully experience the combination of modern agriculture and ecological agriculture.

 

      1. Adjust measures to local conditions. Agricultural production has a strong regional seasonality. The development of eco-tourism agriculture must be based on the seasonal characteristics of agricultural resources and agricultural production conditions in each region, fully consider its location conditions and transportation conditions, and adjust measures to local conditions and time conditions to highlight regional characteristics.
         2. Combine with tourism as much as possible. Make full use of the original tourist attractions and scenic spots, expand and increase sightseeing agricultural projects, and develop a new industry integrating agriculture and tourism through mutual promotion.
         3. Fully consider the source market. The development of eco-tourism agriculture is first arranged in the suburbs of big cities and economically developed areas. People here have strong requirements for sightseeing agriculture, with possible economic conditions, convenient transportation, and favorable conditions for the development of eco-tourism agriculture.
        4. Infrastructure construction must be done well. First of all, improve the infrastructure such as transportation, water and electricity, catering, accommodation, etc., design special hotels, restaurants, agricultural accommodation, entertainment places and resorts, and develop distinctive agricultural and sideline products and tourism products for tourists to visit, tour, taste, shop, participate in farming, leisure, vacation and other activities.
        5. Combine with rural construction planning. We should do a good job in the planning of rural residential areas and roads, reasonably develop and renovate land, improve the rural environment, and build new rural houses that reflect the characteristics of tourism for tourists to visit while preserving historical and folk cottages.
