1、 Project Background
With the in-depth development of China's new industrialization, informatization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization, the aging process of the population is accelerating, and the health service industry is booming. The people's demand for medical services is increasingly strong. It is urgent to inherit, develop, and make good use of traditional Chinese medicine, and give full play to the role of medicine in deepening the reform of the medical and health system to benefit human health. In February 2005, the Standing Committee of Jiangsu Province and the provincial government made the strategic decision of "accelerating the construction of the pharmaceutical industrial park and building a Chinese pharmaceutical city" in order to speed up the adjustment of the industrial structure, promote industrial upgrading, and integrate the advantages of the pharmaceutical industry foundation. Taizhou National Torch Plan Pharmaceutical Industry Base has a national science and technology entrepreneurship service center. In April 2005, Taizhou was identified by the Ministry of Commerce as the national pharmaceutical export base.
2、 Project idea
According to the development trend of world medicine and Chinese medicine, as well as the development demand of the market, the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Engineering has accurately positioned Taizhou China Medical City. The core area of international new urban function: based on the concept of function oriented, it has developed into a new residential community with the crowd as the leader, the new urbanism and the new urbanism as the guide, and the "people-oriented" spirit of advocating the integration of nature and society. High end new urban economic growth zone: a new economy with high-tech content, high human capital investment, high added value, high industrial driving force, high openness, low resource consumption and low environmental pollution. Then the development strategy of the new area is determined: the development model of modern manufacturing industry is supported by modern service industry; Integrated development strategy of central cities, pharmaceutical parks and regional pharmaceutical industries; Differentiated, high-end and high-quality development path; Starting from the overall harmonious development, integrate resources, strengthen urban elements with industrial development mode, transform agricultural and rural areas with the best way, take the path of orderly construction of cell replication, and adopt the interactive development mode of industry supporting city and city promoting industry.

3、 Project effect
Under the guidance of the development plan prepared by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Taizhou China Pharmaceutical City has continuously accelerated the improvement of the development platform and improved the level of industrial agglomeration. So far, the park framework of China Pharmaceutical City has basically formed, its functions have been more perfect, and its industrial characteristics have become more distinctive, becoming the core area of the biotechnology and new medicine industry in Changsanjiao. It is estimated that by 2019, 1000 pharmaceutical enterprises will be introduced in total, and the pharmaceutical industry will reach 100 billion yuan. It will occupy a place in the first array of national high-tech zones, maintain the leading position in the development of biotechnology and new pharmaceutical industry nationwide, and the global biomedical industry highland and talent highland are forming.
