With the economic development, Guiyang's economy has achieved rapid development, and its market consumption capacity is located in the front of the western provincial capital city; Its economic structure has gradually developed towards the tertiary industry, and the logistics industry has begun to take shape; With the deepening of international cooperation, the implementation of national strategies and the increasing market demand space of Guiyang, Guiyang, which is in the initial stage of the logistics industry, is also facing greater challenges; How to seize the development opportunities, find their own problems and solve them has also become an important step in the study of Guiyang logistics.
Project idea
Based on the second hand data of Guiyang's macroeconomic data and a piece of data from field research, our institute closely follows the development status of Guiyang's logistics industry to find problems in the logistics industry. At the same time, combining the overall planning background of Guiyang, we draw on the experience of foreign urban logistics (taking cultural differences into consideration) and domestic developed urban logistics, Through comparative analysis and SWOT analysis, the industry of Guiyang is positioned, and targeted development strategies and security measures are proposed.
Project effect
This topic provides a development direction for Guiyang logistics under the background of the western development and the establishment of a free trade area between China and ASEAN; Up to now, the scale, technical capacity and informatization of Guiyang's logistics industry have achieved rapid development, and a number of logistics centers, logistics parks and distribution centers with Guiyang characteristics have been built; In the future, Guiyang will gradually move towards an international logistics hub base in southwest China.
