Project Background The construction of Wanghua Economic Development Zone is another important strategic measure put forward by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government to comprehensively build the industrial pattern of "two cities and one belt" and accelerate the promotion of the southern circular industrial belt. For this reason, the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Engineering has obtained the industrial development plan of Fushun Wanghua Economic Development Zone after bidding and screening at all levels.
Project idea According to the overall requirements of the industrial layout of Fushun's "two cities and one belt", the framework planning of the southern circular economy industrial belt and the planning of Wanghua Economic Development Zone, the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Engineering divides Wanghua Economic Development Zone into three zones, namely, A, B and C. Among them, Area A (production area) is located in the south of the third line of Jiatayunian in the starting area of Yanwu. It is planned to be 1323 hectares north of the South Ring Railway and west of the Guchenghe River. It is planned to develop the metallurgical new material deep processing industrial park and the packaging products industrial park. Zone B (production service area) is located to the east of Gucheng River and west of South Ring Road. It is planned to develop a 202 hectare strip to the north of South Ring Railway, and to develop production service areas such as logistics and warehousing. Area C (living service area) is 277 hectares (excluding 686 hectares of east forest land) north of the planned South Ring Railway and east of Guchengzi Road. It is planned to develop and build a living service area.
