Project Background
In May 1992, the State Council established the first batch of bonded zones for the first time, totaling 15; Dalian Free Trade Zone was approved as the only free trade zone in Northeast China. It is located in the center of Dalian urban area, covering an area of 1.92 square kilometers. It is adjacent to Jinshitan National Tourist Resort in the east, Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone in the west, and Dayaowan Port in the south; As a special economic zone in mainland China, it has always enjoyed preferential policies such as tax exemption and bonded since its establishment. After nearly ten years of development, the zone has attracted more than 40 domestic and foreign enterprises to invest and settle in, forming a processing industry cluster with high-tech as the theme, and warehousing logistics has also formed a certain foundation, which has played an important role in the development of outward economy in Northeast China. However, with the constant change of the external environment, the carrying capacity of the area is increasing, and the development problem is becoming increasingly prominent; In particular, the State Council has proposed to revitalize the old industrial base in the northeast. As an important area outward from the northeast, how to strengthen the regional carrying capacity, especially the development of modern service industry, will become an important topic for the study of Dalian Free Trade Zone.
Project idea
Our hospital first collected, sorted out and analyzed a large number of internal and external data for the bonded area; It also analyzes the development status quo of the developed Europe, America, Asia, China, Dalian Free Trade Zone and the overall economic structure of Dalian, and takes into account the objective factors such as enterprises, information technology and market, environment, personnel, funds, laws, policies, etc. The whole process is based on the scientific, objective, feasible and effective research concept, This paper puts forward the choice of countermeasures for the development of logistics industry in Dalian Free Trade Zone, and finally puts forward five safeguard measures.
Project effect
The research countermeasures provide practical suggestions for the development of modern logistics industry in Dalian Free Trade Zone, and provide an effective path for the zone to face strategic transformation, so that the function of the zone is not only reflected in the meaning of "bonded", but also to establish logistics development supporting bases for the surrounding areas; In addition, the local logistics system facilitates the logistics, distribution and supply of local enterprises and reduces costs.
