Project Background
Shandong Jinxiang Economic Development Zone, located in the west of Jinxiang County, Jining, was established in 2002 and approved as a provincial development zone in 2006. At present, the development zone has become an industrial cluster with concentrated enterprises, complete facilities, distinctive industrial characteristics and excellent investment environment in southwest Shandong, mainly focusing on mechanical and electrical industries such as machinery manufacturing, power transmission and distribution, and new energy vehicles. The development zone is the leading and gathering area for the industrial development of Jinxiang County. The industrial added value accounts for 63% of the county's total. It is the most important platform and main position for the realization of a strong industrial county. In recent years, with the profound adjustment of the international industrial structure and the in-depth implementation of the Scientific Outlook on Development, important constraints such as low-carbon energy conservation and development space have become increasingly apparent, and transformation and upgrading have become an important theme for the development of China's development zones. In the future, Jinxiang Economic Development Zone should consider the situation, change the economic development mode, actively cultivate the endogenous economic growth mechanism, and promote industrial transformation and upgrading. Under this background, our institute accepted the entrustment of the Development Zone Management Committee to prepare the development plan of electromechanical manufacturing industry.
Project idea
In this project, the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Engineering put forward the development idea of "123456": aiming at a "Shandong leading and China famous electromechanical industry demonstration zone" strategy, seizing the two major opportunities of domestic and foreign manufacturing industry transfer and national revitalization of equipment manufacturing industry, realizing the three major functions of advantageous industry agglomeration, regional economic engine, and social benefit improvement, and breaking through the power transmission and distribution manufacturing industry The four major industries of mechanical equipment manufacturing, new energy automobile industry, and electronic information manufacturing have implemented five strategies, namely, large project driven, agglomeration driven, innovation driven, dislocation driven development, and opening to the outside world, to achieve six goals, namely, industrial output, profits and taxes, the number of large-scale enterprises, the number of well-known brands, research and development investment, and the number of employment.
Project effect
The project successfully passed the final report, and the final results were unanimously recognized by the leaders of Jinxiang County Government and Jinxiang Economic Development Zone.
