Project Background
Zouping County is located in the Yellow River Delta, north central Shandong Province, on the south bank of the lower reaches of the Yellow River, adjacent to Hengtai County in the east, Zhangqiu City in the west, Zhoucun District of Zibo City in the southeast, Jiyang County and Huimin County across the Yellow River in the northwest, and Gaoqing County across the Xiaoqing River in the northeast. Zouping County is part of Jinan Metropolitan Circle, the only county in Shandong Peninsula's "8+1" urban agglomeration, and the southern edge of the National Binhai New Area.
Zouping County has superior economic location, rich products, developed industry and agriculture, and has the basic conditions to develop modern logistics. According to the outline of the 11th Five Year Plan of Zouping County, "promoting the adjustment and optimization of economic structure, transforming the mode of economic growth, improving the quality of economic growth, realizing industrial modernization, building a new socialist countryside, accelerating the development of the tertiary industry, and accelerating the process of urban-rural integration" has been taken as the focus of Zouping's economic and social development. Project idea
The project takes the railway logistics park planning of Zouping County as an empirical case, combines the current situation of the contradiction between logistics supply and demand in Zouping County, applies the logistics system theory and econometric model, and the related theories of logistics park planning, focuses on the current situation of the supply and demand of county logistics, and seeks the relationship between the logistics park and the development of county economy, as well as reasonable macro layout and functional positioning, Based on the production and economic monitoring data of the Industrial Institute of the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Engineering, this paper deeply analyzes the development status of local logistics enterprises.
Project effect
By 2010, the logistics output value of Zouping County has reached more than 70 billion yuan, and the fixed asset investment has reached more than 20 billion yuan; The construction of logistics parks has directly contributed to the regional economic growth.
