Project Background Zhuzhou County is located in the center of the economic belt of Hunan's development center, which is located at the southern edge of Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan city clusters, and has developed land and water transportation and unique geographical location. However, compared with other counties and cities in Zhuzhou City, Zhuzhou County still needs to improve its economic aggregate and scale. With the proposal of "two oriented society", Zhuzhou County has ushered in a new opportunity. How to use its own advantages to maximize the combination of the development of "two oriented society" is the focus of this planning of the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Engineering.
Project idea After many field investigations and expert interviews, the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Engineering has positioned Zhuzhou County as one of the first choice leisure and business districts in the production and R&D demonstration area of new energy industry in the central region, the ecological industrial new town in Hunan Province, and the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan area. In terms of industry, the leading industry should be equipment manufacturing industry, electronic information industry, business and leisure industry, the emerging industry should be new energy industry, new material industry, auxiliary industry should be productive service industry, tourism industry, and the basic industry should be deep processing of agricultural products and urban agriculture. In terms of spatial layout, it is "strengthening the north, revitalizing the river and invigorating the south", that is, the core of emerging industries in the north, the comprehensive service industry belt along Hunan in the middle, and the green industry demonstration zone in the south. 
Project effect Through the planning guidance of the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Engineering, Zhuzhou County achieved good results in attracting investment in 2013, and successfully introduced "South China International Clothing Logistics City", "Yijie Technology Industrial Park", "Naida Shoes", "Electronic Technology Construction" and other projects, laying a good foundation for future county economic development.
