Project Background Enshi City, known as the "Selenium Capital of the World", has many resource advantages in the development of tea industry at present, but it is facing a greater development dilemma. Enshi Prefecture is the largest tea producing prefecture with the largest tea planting area and the largest tea output in Hubei Province; It is also one of the birthplaces of tea culture, and the steaming technology spread to Japan, etc; However, Enshi Yulu, together with West Lake Longjing and Huangshan Maofeng, was once a famous tea in the Qing Dynasty, but now there is a big gap; The development gap between Enshi selenium rich tea, as a characteristic and advantageous product, and Ziyang selenium rich tea is wide. In the future, how can we truly transform the resource advantage potential of Enshi tea into the driving force of tea industry development and even urban development? Under this background, our institute cooperated with Zhongsen Group, the main developer of the park, for the first time, and conducted in-depth research on the industrial planning and investment promotion of the selenium tea industrial park.
Project idea On Industrial planning In the process, the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Engineering has made a comprehensive analysis from the aspects of production, products, enterprises, brands, channels, culture, etc., conducted a lot of research from various levels such as resources, technology, market, financial supply, economy, society, etc., used quantitative and qualitative analysis, technical analysis, economic analysis, comprehensive comparative analysis, etc., and pointed out the development direction and implementation path of the tea industry, which is very practical.
On Investment promotion in advance In, the research team of the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Engineering interviewed and discussed with 32 industry experts recommended by the Association and in our expert database, and combined with industry data; Visit 6 provinces including Fujian, Yunnan, Zhejiang, Hunan, Hubei and Henan; Investigate 22 industrial parks, and conduct in-depth interviews with nearly 100 stores and manufacturers that have entered; Through face-to-face interviews, telephone calls, emails and other means, we conducted investment invitation interviews with more than 1000 tea enterprises; Based on the comprehensive survey data and park planning positioning, five types of investment promotion modes, seven design suggestions for investment promotion terms and arrangements for investment promotion activities in the later stage are provided.
Project effect The plan has been reported in the interim, and the relevant achievements have been recognized by Zhongsen Group. Next, we will further improve and deepen the project planning, layout and other contents.
