The first part of the fourth set of listening questions of Cambridge IELTS 13 consists of 10 personal information filling questions. Although the scene is not very common, it is not very difficult. Answer to question 1: finance

Corresponding original text: now I work in the customer services department but I did my initial training in Finance

Answer analysis: The original text has set the interference item customer services, but there is initial at finance, which is more consistent with the first limit in the question stem, so the answer can be determined.

Answer to question 6: college

ALEX:  Yes, one day each month.

Answer analysis: Martha first gives suggestions, then Alex gives affirmation, and mentions the clue words in the question stem. This kind of question is becoming more and more common after Sword 10, mainly to examine everyone's short-term memory ability.

Answer to question 7: location

Corresponding original text: Yes, it’s very close to the train station so the location’s  a real advantage.

Answer: It is mentioned in the recording that the company is close to the railway station, so the location is an advantage. The question stem replaces real advantage with conventional to lock the location.

Answer to question 8: jeans

Corresponding original text: Nothing too casual – like jeans , for example.

Answer analysis: From the question stem, we can infer that the space should be filled with some kind of clothes, and it is negative. Although jack is mentioned later, Skirt and trousers, but these are recommended clothes. Only Jean meets the requirements.

Answer to question 9: late

Well I know it's really objective but opposite in party of time They hate people who are  late

And one other useful piece of advice my manager told me before I had the interview for this job – is to  smile
