A volunteering experience I’ve had is helping my school clean up the dormitories of the new graduates.
One volunteer activity I have experienced is to help the school clean up the dormitories of graduates.
You know, the COVID-19 has been a great hassle for the newly graduated students as they are not allowed to get into their dorms on campus to fetch up everything they have left since the outbreak of the virus. So, my school made a decision to give them a hand by letting just a few volunteers pack up their personal belongings.
The Covid-19 epidemic is a particularly big problem for newly graduated students, because since the outbreak of the virus, they have not been able to return to school to retrieve everything in their dormitories. Therefore, my school decided to let a small number of volunteers go back to school to help them retrieve their personal belongings.
The reason why I engaged in this volunteering activity was that I felt I was the right person to help. You know, my house was pretty close to the campus. This article is from Laokaoya website. Well, the real experience turned out to be not that fun, honestly. This is not easy, especially after I put on a mask that is hard to breathe. However, in the end, I was full of sense of achievement, especially after receiving the recognition of graduates and schools. This is definitely one of the most meaningful experiences in my life.
