    • (4) Renewal and upgrade of old users and payment of users who have signed service agreements with Kufan Cloud are not included in the category of "effective promotion income";
    • (5) Refunds due to user returns should be deducted from the effective promotion income.
  3. 3. Promotion settlement:
    • (1) The promotion of Kufan Cloud will be settled by Kufan Cloud 5 days after the order is created and confirmed;
    • (2) The settlement rules and data of Kufan Cloud shall be subject to the statistical data of Kufan Cloud.
  4. 4. It is prohibited to use malicious code to forcibly change the user's computer settings; It is prohibited to use malicious methods such as forced binding, or other improper methods that make users dislike or violate laws and regulations.
