Beijing Sanyuan Food Co., Ltd. has been adhering to strict quality control for many years to ensure food safety. Focus on two major aspects, take the food safety system and quality management system as the means, and rely on perfect technical quality and management personnel, to control each link from raw materials to product delivery, and improve/increase the production of qualified, safe and reassuring dairy products.
1、 Check the raw materials
1) Strengthen supplier management. In order to better improve/increase food safety issues of products, our company and third-party certification companies form a supplier management committee of Sanyuan Company to conduct on-site system audit, product certification and testing on suppliers of our raw and auxiliary materials, and rate suppliers according to audit standards.
2) Inspect the incoming raw and auxiliary materials. According to the testing conditions of the company, our company conducts batch testing on the purchased raw and auxiliary materials, and is allowed to purchase after they are qualified. The supplier is required to provide batch inspection reports and regular inspection reports issued by the supervision department.
The raw milk was first tested with raking samples, including taste, sense, tissue state, acidity, boiling test, alcohol test, adulteration, anti oxidant, melamine, fat, protein and other physical and chemical indicators. Only those qualified can be purchased.
2、 Strengthen the supervision and spot check of food safety during production.
1) Our company has formulated a number of procedure documents, including the management regulations on the use of product formulas, the system quality management measures for foreign enterprises, the management regulations on the food safety of products and export products, and several documents of the system regulations. The requirements of the document standardize the management of product quality and food safety of each production unit from the system. In terms of daily supervision, the Quality Inspection Center has personnel to go to the factory for inspection every month, focusing on the inspection of process control and the whole process of product production, as well as the implementation of key control points (CCP points) and system documents.
2) The semi-finished products shall be tested, including taste, sensory, boiling test, alcohol test, acidity, fat, protein and other physical and chemical indicators. The next process can be carried out only after they are qualified.
3) For product testing, in addition to the physical, chemical and sanitary tests specified in the standard, we have managed the retention of samples for products, and conducted many tests such as tasting and boiling of pasteurized expired products. Long acting products shall be tested regularly.
3、 Take the opportunity of laboratory accreditation (CNAL) to strengthen internal management
1) The laboratory of Beijing Sanyuan Food Co., Ltd. is an accredited laboratory. We take this opportunity to organize inspection and assessment on the daily inspection work and operation of the inspectors of each factory from time to time. To improve the theoretical level and practical operation level of inspectors.
2) Undertake the daily inspection tasks, supervise and guide the production of the processing plant according to the inspection results.
The laboratory ensures accurate and timely test results in raw milk testing, routine physical and chemical and microbiological testing items, and timely feeds back problematic products and results to the factory to help it analyze the causes and solve problems. It has played a supervisory and guiding role.
3) The company conducts sampling inspection of ternary products in the processing plant and market every month to check the quality of ternary products in the market and improve/increase the food safety of products in the market.
4) Regularly calibrate the FT-120 milk composition comprehensive analyzer of each factory to ensure that the instrument data conforms to the national standard. Improve/increase the accuracy of detection data. Our central laboratory calibrates the milk composition analyzer and standard curve of each factory every month. Make the instrument data and national standard deviation of each factory within the allowable range. At the same time, send the standard sample to the supervision station every month for national standard measurement, as an external third party detection, to improve/increase the authenticity of the comparison results. Guarantee the inspection of the processing plant, and improve/increase the production of qualified and safe products.
4、 Establish a perfect after-sales service system
Our company has opened six after-sales service hotline telephone lines, with manual service from 8:00 to 17:00, and telephone recording at other times. The after-sales personnel have time to deal with the recorded complaints the next day, and promptly transmit the complaint information to the relevant departments, so that the relevant departments can quickly contact and communicate with consumers.
5、 Vigorously promote the construction of food safety system and system.
