Citi

Citigroup, headquartered in the center of the Yangtze River Delta, is a subsidiary of Jiaxing Meiqi Company. Founded in the 1980s, it is one of the earlier enterprises engaged in small household appliances in the Yangtze River Delta. With its rich experience in the field of indoor lighting and corresponding calls for energy conservation and emission reduction, Citi Optronics has entered the field of LED indoor lighting on a large scale.

High temperature environment.

The high temperature environment will accelerate the aging of the insulation materials of household appliances. Once the insulation materials are damaged, they can cause electric leakage and short circuit, resulting in personal electric shock and even fire accidents.

Wet environment.

Citi washing machines should not be left in the toilet for a long time, nor should Citi household appliances be placed near flower pots and fish tanks. Also, care should be taken not to place containers containing liquids on household appliances, nor should they be washed with wet cloth or washed with water.

Corrosive environment.

The shell and insulation materials of Citigroup's household appliances will be corroded by chemicals for a long time, which will shorten the service life. Therefore, household appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines should not be placed in kitchens with serious corrosiveness and pollution to avoid being eroded by gas, liquefied petroleum gas or oil.

Environment.

Citi household appliances should generally be placed in a stable place, and should never be placed in the aisle with vibration and easy impact. If the place is not stable, the household appliances will be subjected to severe vibration and violent impact carelessly, which will cause the screws to loosen, the solder joints to fall off, and the electrical and mechanical parts to shift. It may even cause damage such as concave cracking of household appliance shell, dislocation of parts and components, wire breakage, etc.

Scope of Three Guarantees

Consumers have the right to require Citigroup to assume three guarantee responsibilities in case of the following circumstances of Citigroup's electrical products.

1. It does not have the use performance that the product should have, and has not been explained in advance;

2. Not conforming to the product standard requirements explicitly adopted;

3. Non conformance to the quality status indicated by product description, physical samples, etc;

4. The product is unqualified after being inspected by the administrative department of technical supervision and other statutory departments;

5. The product cannot be used normally after two repairs.

Provisions on San Bao responsibility time

1. In case of performance failure of Citi products within 7 days from the date of sale, consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair them. In case of performance failure within 15 days after the product is sold, consumers can choose to replace or repair it.

2. The validity period of San Bao is calculated from the date of issuing the invoice.

3. If it has not been repaired for more than 90 days since the date of delivery for repair, and if it has been repaired for more than 30 days due to Citigroup's own reasons, it shall replace the same model and specification products for consumers free of charge, and the cost shall be borne by the repairer.

4. The repairer shall improve/increase that the repaired product can be used normally for more than 30 days, and Citigroup shall improve/increase that it continues to provide spare parts that meet the technical requirements within 5 years after the product is discontinued.
