Scope of Three Guarantees
Consumers have the right to require Citigroup to assume three guarantee responsibilities in case of the following circumstances of Citigroup's electrical products.
1. It does not have the use performance that the product should have, and has not been explained in advance;
2. Not conforming to the product standard requirements explicitly adopted;
3. Non conformance to the quality status indicated by product description, physical samples, etc;
4. The product is unqualified after being inspected by the administrative department of technical supervision and other statutory departments;
5. The product cannot be used normally after two repairs.
Provisions on San Bao responsibility time
1. In case of performance failure of Citi products within 7 days from the date of sale, consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair them. In case of performance failure within 15 days after the product is sold, consumers can choose to replace or repair it.
2. The validity period of San Bao is calculated from the date of issuing the invoice.
3. If it has not been repaired for more than 90 days since the date of delivery for repair, and if it has been repaired for more than 30 days due to Citigroup's own reasons, it shall replace the same model and specification products for consumers free of charge, and the cost shall be borne by the repairer.
4. The repairer shall improve/increase that the repaired product can be used normally for more than 30 days, and Citigroup shall improve/increase that it continues to provide spare parts that meet the technical requirements within 5 years after the product is discontinued.
