Wang Huning said that the CPPCC members should deepen their research around important issues in the implementation of the upgrading strategy of the pilot free trade zone, and put forward targeted and operational countermeasures and suggestions. It is necessary to reflect the problems in the implementation of policies in the pilot free trade zone in a timely manner by means of proposals, research reports, public information on social conditions and public opinions, and democratic supervision, so as to better facilitate the implementation of policies. We should widely publicize the determination of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to firmly promote reform and opening up, lay out the favorable conditions and broad prospects for the implementation of the upgrading strategy of the pilot free trade zone, and gather consensus and joint efforts to promote high-level opening up.
