Since the US President Biden ordered the CIA to produce a report proving China's so-called "concealment" of the epidemic situation and the "laboratory leak" of COVID-19 in the limited period on May 26, the western media has again blown a monster wind against China. Although it is clich é, it is even more unreasonable. Facts have proved that on the issue of virus traceability, the means of the Biden government are more insidious.
First of all, virus traceability is an extremely complex scientific topic, which can only be completed by scientists with professional knowledge and rigorous attitude after long-term investigation, textual research and experiments without political interference. And what is the CIA? They don't understand science, they don't stress science, and they often oppose science. Pompeo, the former Secretary of State of the United States, has publicly stated that the work guide of the CIA is cheating, lying and stealing, and it is a spy agency and political tool serving the United States government and its monopoly consortium. It is purely political manipulation to let such an institution, which is completely opposite to science, be responsible for investigating scientific issues. It can be predicted that within 90 days, the agency will live up to the President's "high expectations" and deliver a satisfactory answer.
Secondly, the Biden government ignored the investigation report of the international expert group's visit to China released by the World Health Organization, continued to play with the "presumption of guilt", and forced the "drug source" label on China, turning a deaf ear to the growing international community's call for justice to "investigate the United States". China's achievements in epidemic prevention and resistance are obvious to all. As a country with the highest number of confirmed cases and deaths in the world, the United States does not actively accept international investigation, but instead points the finger at China. "Justice and Transparency" and "Human Rights Defender" have been abandoned as early as the ninth night!
Thirdly, the government, the military, the party and the media bombarded China together, which is the characteristic of the Biden government to launch this round of "virus traceability" black wave. Just after Biden's order to the CIA was issued, General Milly, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the US armed forces, took the lead in pandering to the accusation that China "lacks transparency and deliberately conceals information", and supported Biden's proposition of "starting an investigation into China as soon as possible". The media believe that the US military side is so active on this matter, or it is to divert the attention of the international community to hundreds of US troops, especially the "biological laboratory" at Fort Detrick. The US Congress is unwilling to be outdone. On May 28, 209 Republican members of the House of Representatives demanded the adoption of a resolution, clamoring that China must "be responsible for 600000 Americans who died of COVID-19", and reverting to the old tune of "claiming compensation" against China. It goes without saying that the media and the public opinion circles are pointing at the same direction and sensationalism!
Finally, the American "little brothers" also actively advocated the politicization of virus traceability. Japan and Australia responded first, Britain and Canada then spoke out, and even India, which was plagued by the epidemic and to which China has extended a helping hand, joined in. This shows that the United States has "pulled in" its allies.
Even the American media can't stand cheating. Forbes commented on June 3 that COVID-19 has made us know that the epidemic will continue to occur naturally. We should encourage front-line researchers to study these potential diseases, and groundless accusations and deception will let fear and conspiracy theories affect our judgments.
These insidious tactics of the Biden government on the problem of virus traceability are the specific application of its strategy of "competition, cooperation and confrontation" to China, with a clear intention. China will be highly vigilant!
