Recently, the People's Court of Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province, in conjunction with the District Civil Affairs Bureau, District Women's Federation and Tianzishan Street, used the time point of the May circuit trial to carry out a women's law popularization campaign in Tianzishan community to "resist high price lottery and promote the new trend of the times". At the activity site, the judges set up a "small bench" to open a law popularization class, and used popular language and typical cases to preach about the identification scope of betrothal gifts, the principle of return of betrothal gifts, the qualification of litigation subject and other issues in judicial practice.
