The meeting pointed out that in recent years, the provincial military region and the troops stationed in Shaanxi have resolutely implemented the decisions and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Military Commission, and made new achievements in promoting Shaanxi's economic construction and national defense construction. The meeting stressed that we should actively undertake the major tasks and projects related to our province in the overall plan of the "14th Five Year Plan" for military construction, accelerate the construction of a modern national defense mobilization system, and do a good job in the construction of reserve forces and grassroots people's armed forces departments. It is necessary to gather superior military and local resources, accelerate the efficient allocation of technology, talents, services, capital, facilities, information, management and other elements, take Qin Chuang's original and new driving platform as the starting point to promote national defense science and technology innovation, expand aviation, aerospace, ships, weapons, nuclear industry and other industries, and provide strong support for seizing the commanding heights of military competition strategy and high-quality development of Shaanxi.

The meeting stressed that in combination with the practical activities of "I do practical things for the masses", we should do everything possible to solve the problems such as the employment of military families, the enrollment of children in kindergarten, the implementation of preferential treatment policies and the security of ex servicemen, so as to carry forward the fine tradition of "double support". It is necessary to consolidate the responsibility of the Party in charge of the armed forces, pay attention to the economy and national defense, and strive for development and armed forces, so as to provide better guarantee for the construction of the provincial military region and the troops stationed in Shaanxi.
